A few days ago I made my first visit to Honest-1 Auto Care. I took my car for regular maintenance and was happy with the whole experience. The employees were friendly, and the store was clean. No one tried to upsell me on anything. They found that I needed a new battery, which was reasonable (the car is about five years old). At first they said that they could have the battery by the next day, so I made an appointment for later in the week. But after leaving the shop, I got nervous about the battery dying, so I called and asked for an earlier appointment. Chris understood my worry and was kind enough to call the vendor and found out that he could bring the battery that same afternoon, so they replaced my battery later that day. Excellent service!
