I have been a customer of H1JC for two years and they have always been excellent. You can really judge a business by how they treat you at closing time. Yesterday was just that situation and even though it was after 4pm on a Sat, Kevin walked me to my car and made sure everything was perfect after a lengthy maintenance day. Thank you to the entire H1JC crew for superior service.

My best experience ever with a car repair shop! Honest-1 on Peachtree Parkway truly lived up to it's name!!! I had an estimate from my dealer to repair an oil pan, new brakes and turn my rotors on my 2015 vehicle for an over $4K!!! I did not feel comfortable for some reason. I called and worked with Justin at Honest-1! Long story short, I did not need those repairs!!! And the repairs I did need were less than $1K!!! I am not naming my dealer because I have been with them for over 20 years with no issues! I honestly believe it is a rogue service person and I will discuss the situation with them to address. UPDATE: I followed up with the dealer, the service manager put my car on the pedestal and showed my husband and I that Honest-1 was right! I do not have an oil pan leak!! He is researching and working with his team to address and learn from the situation. However, the lesson learned was my future repair needs will definitely be with Honest-1! I highly recommend them and Justin is a great service manager!!!

The best car repair place I have ever dealt with. While traveling from out of town, I realized something was scraping under my car (after recently having had an oil change), and Honest-1 worked me in, fixed my problem, and didn't charge me anything. Super nice guys working there, and a very nice, clean waiting area. They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion!
