Everyone was very nice and professional. The waiting room was clean. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We made an appointment online for both of our cars. This process was super easy and we also got a confirmation and reminder email about the appointments. When we arrived they were ready for us to get our emissions checked on both vehicles. The service was quick and reliable. We did end up having our 2010 car fail due to the fuel cap being defective. Fortunately, the dealer had one in stock and we were able to get it re-tested as soon as we got back to Honest-1. The vehicle passed the second time and we were very grateful this was discovered by the technician.

Mike, Justin, and the whole Honest-1 Johns Creek staff are top notch. I know we will always get great service and they stand behind their work. I don't take my cars to anyone else and I will not buy a vehicle without talking to Mike to get his opinion and he has never steered me wrong. Thank you Honest-1 Johns Creek, you are the best!

Every time I bring my cars to be serviced I have peace of mind that I will get what I'm paying for and even more. Very honest and professional. They explained everything in plain language and if there is anything that they can't handle they recommended me the right place to go. Higley recommended!

Replaced starter and did not charge me the customary $75 fee. Looked at some other things and gave estimates. Service was good, but I think a bit pricey, but most likely in line with others. Felt overall they were honest and courteous.

I had check engine light for small evap leak due to wife not knowing about three click gas cap rule called honest1 bought car in for CEL and clearing codes and they did it all for no charge.Really friendly knowledgeable staff they are really honest and don't take advantage of customers as other places do especially when they see type model brand of car u drive.
