I brought my 2019 Dodge Charger to Honest 1 for the first time on 03/23 and dealt with Danny and met Butch the owner. Danny was able to get me in and taken care of earlier than the original expected time. I will certainly return for future service and repair issues. Used the Johns Creek location and received friendly, timely, professional, transparent and excellent care for inspection and service of a used car I purchased. Though it was my first time using them , I was treated like friends and family. I personally know the owners family and can testify to their honest and good care. I felt peace of mind after the inspection and we headed off a problem or two. I will be back and highly recommend.

My emissions test was due on the same day my tag renewed. With the Christmas madness I had totally forgotten to have it done earlier in December. Honest-1 had an appointment the morning of the deadline to make sure I could get to the Department of Revenue in plenty of time to avoid paying extra fees. Thanks go out to Butch and his staff for helping me during THEIR holiday season. I really appreciate you guys!

They diagnosed my car troubles quickly and came up with a plan to address the issue by starting with less expensive options first.They could have easily recommended a lot of other procedures however they stood true to their name and were absolutely "honest" and delivered on their promise. I will be taking my car here from now on.
