Mike VanStaveren, the assistant manager went WAY above and beyond. It was 5:45. My tire had a screw in it, compketely flat! He took the time to patch my tire. TEN minutes from closing time!!! I so appreciate your honest and hard work. You have earned my patronage Sir.. .I won't let anyone else service all my vehicles, from now on. THANK YOU

I came in for an oil change and was easily able to set an appointment for the service. Upon arriving, the lobby and waiting area was impeccably clean and each staff member was courteous and respectful. They even left a snack in my car when I picked it up as a thank-you. Really top notch service and this place understands it's the little things that will bring customers back.

Honest 1 Auto-Care treats their customers with respect. They are thorough in their inspections and professional with the quality of the work and with communication with the customer. I will definitely continue to use them for all my auto needs.

I've been going to this physical location for close to 20 years. Loved Wayne. Loved Kenny, Derek, Mike, Chris and the whole crew. The new owner is taking it to the next level. Great service. Glad I don't have to change where I take my cars.

Wonderful Service! Prompt & Reasonable. No annoying up-selling. Chip even printed out my vehicle recall notices for me to which I was not aware of. Will definitely be coming here for future services.

They said they will charge me 30$ for a flat tire. Expensive place. Customer service is excellent.
