These guys go out of their way.. Their customer service deserves 10 Stars..It was 10 minutes until closing time Mike the assistant manager patched my tire. It was completely flat with a screw in it.

I came in for an oil change and was easily able to set an appointment for the service. Upon arriving, the lobby and waiting area was impeccably clean and each staff member was courteous and respectful. They even left a snack in my car when I picked it up as a thank-you. Really top notch service and this place understands it's the little things that will bring customers back.

Honest 1 Auto-Care treats their customers with respect. They are thorough in their inspections and professional with the quality of the work and with communication with the customer. I will definitely continue to use them for all my auto needs.

I've been going to this physical location for close to 20 years. Loved Wayne. Loved Kenny, Derek, Mike, Chris and the whole crew. The new owner is taking it to the next level. Great service. Glad I don't have to change where I take my cars.

Wonderful Service! Prompt & Reasonable. No annoying up-selling. Chip even printed out my vehicle recall notices for me to which I was not aware of. Will definitely be coming here for future services.

They said they will charge me 30$ for a flat tire. Expensive place. Customer service is excellent.

Service that creates confidence

Very willing to answer all questions. No pressure to get anything fixed you don't want to fix. Would definitely recommend. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they don't offer $19.95 oil changes which is important to me due to the number of vehicles I own.

Had a full synthetic oil and filter change this morning for $49.99 - great price, great service, fast ( in and out in less than 20 mins - did not even finish my coffee) and friendly staff, clean and neat waiting area with free wifi,....they have won my future business! Try them out :)

Butch and his crew are off to a great start. customer service is Job #1.
