GREAT customer service! Mike and Chip were very attentive to the needs of my vehicle and would not let me get work done that was not needed. To top that all off, Butch personally introduced himself to me and welcomed me to his business! What a friendly environment!

Great service as I was already used to when it was Wayne's Auto as well as Big Brothers. I am very happy to see that Michael and Chris are still there as I trust them. My car is almost 12 years old and I know that Honest-1 will take good care of it. They are not trying to oversell me things that I don't need. I always ask them to take a look to see if there is something that needs attention. If they find something they will tell me what needs to be done now and what can be done later. I am recommending them highly - especially with them having new warranty on their services. Also I thought the THANK YOU note with the snack I found in my car, was really sweet.
