Have my truck serviced at this location for a oil leak. The customer service is awesome. The diagnostic report was very detail and informative, with photos and detail explanations of which item needs repair. They also provide Uber driver or a loaner vehicle for you to use while your vehicle is being serviced. The customer lobby is cleaned and the staff take safety precautions against Covid. Also they back up their work with 3 year warranty. Highly recommended this business !

I had a great experience having my car at Honest One in Johns Creek. They did a great job with the problem I had with the suspension on my car, and other items that needed maintenance. They were thorough with the pictures and explanation that needed to be done. Mike the service mananger was very helpful and professional. I was very happy taking my car there, when a lot of times having your car worked on is not a great experience.

Love these guys! So friendly and efficient and they give you items that need immediate attention and others that should be attended to soon... so you have options to spread out costs. "Honest" is a great description, but they also have excellent customer service and I feel like we are in good hands with all our vehicles :)

Fast and efficient service

I decided to take my vehicle to the John's Creek branch of Honest-1 Auto Care for an oil change the other day as a first time customer. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only my vehicle's oil was changed but also a free 28 points inspection of the engine/car was completed to show what needed possible work or service. Kris (Service Advisor) in the front office patiently went over all of the inspection points with me and asked if I had any concerns or questions. I am very happy with the service that was provided to me and recommend this shop to everyone. I will be back in the near future to get some more work done on my vehicle.
