When I drove up to the shop I was blown away . The oficce was so clean and spacious. They had coffee put out and doughnuts 🍩 which made the early morning drop off a bit easier. I told Mike all I wanted done and he informed me how long it would take to look at it and call me with a time and price . Once I was called I was given good honest answers and was told the truth about repairs I really didn’t need. Overall my experience was wonderful!
Honest, patient, above and beyond. They did whatever was necessary to make sure an 18 year old was driving a safe vehicle.
Entering the building i was amazed how updated the waiting room was clean & bathroom clean& it made me feel good to walk into a clean place& the owner was such a friendly & helpful of what was going to be fixed on my car. Will not charge for something that doesn't fit & will not charge for it. It was a very pleasant good feeling that I was able to find a trustworthy place to get my car worked on. The mechanics did a great job making my car fixed& it made me comfortable to put my trust in guys who knows what they are doing. I surely will recommend this to anyone I can who wants to have work done on their car& come out satisfied.

Both Chip & Mike were really great, understood my concerns with an older car. Repair and service were done and it didn't hurt my wallet. Even found a little bag of goldfish in the car thanking me for coming by! Nice touch.
Just have to say Chip at Honest -1 went out of his way to make it right with my car repair and put in a new radiator free of charge . Very professional and friendly .
my review pertains to these guys GUARENTEEING me that the reason my vehicle was overheating was the fan and relay. So close to $600 in repairs they tell me that that was not the problem and they do not know what it could be. Now I would not have gone with this shop if I was not promised that that was my problem and it would be fixed. I would have been willing to let them “search” for the problem if they could work with me on a better price. Instead I got a $60 discount and told that they couldn’t do anymore because “the government has to get paid.” They tell me that it no longer overheats at idle, but at highway speeds. Well it’s STILL overheats at idling and I may have found where the issue is. BUT two experts had no idea where it was at. Hopefully no one else will be out $600 and still have nothing fixed.
