I have been looking for a trustworthy auto repair store since Dekalb tire was purchased. This is an amazing store and everyone should use them for all their auto repair needs.

I have nothing but praise for Honest 1. Due to construction I had difficulty finding the entrance. I am also disabled and the service manager walked up hill, walked me back to my car and drove me in. I have been their customer for several years and always had excellent service. I HIGHY RECOMMEND THEM. Their showroom is clean and comfortable, providing drinks and snacks.

Appreciate the service team pointing out what service could be done, and working with me to prioritize what was most urgent this visit. Explained the details of the work and why it needed to be addressed. The Honest team was personable and did great work.

Very thorough with diagnosis of vehicle. The 2 areas of concern for me, the air conditioning and brakes, they found were both satisfactory and needed no service. Was very happy they were upfront and honest about repairs for those two areas. Very happy with timeliness of estimates and repairs.

They did a great job on my alignment and now the car drives perfectly again! Also, the staff is very friendly and they have coffee and snacks for you while you wait.

Justin and his team did a great job for me - scheduled my drop off time @ 8:30 and had my car serviced and rear brakes replaced and had it ready for pick up by 11:15 -

The team at Honest-1 exceeds expectations. I've tried several different auto care centers over the years with mixed results but I finally found a place where I felt comfortable when I started using Honest-1 several years ago. They always deliver. Great service, great price means great value. I will not go anywhere else!
