Excellent service with honest and fair price. Honest Auto went all the way to find the proper used part for our old Sonata. Price for part and labor was very good $550 instead of $1800 for new part. Great folks who care!

Took my truck here for an alignment and they got it very close to straight. But since they couldn't get it 100% aligned straight, they didn't charge me for the service. That's what I would call an honest mechanic. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here in the future.

Our MB C-300 had recently reached the 40K mark and was due for an annual check-up and expert attention to the usual wear and tear issues. Critical matters were promptly identified and addressed. A couple of less urgent items will be handled in a month or two. Was pleased with the thorough inspection and quick service.

I was 70 miles from home on a Friday. when my car's alternator failed. i made several calls but all other repair places were unable to provide service until Monday. Justin, at Johns Creek, was able to get my car repair arranged, and I So appreciated his attitude and friendliness during the afternoon I spent there. I watched him deal with so many other customers, and all were treated with the same respect and helpfulness that I received. The waiting area is extra nice-- super clean, comfortable seating areas, drinks and snacks provided, a play area for kids, altogether a Positive wxoerience! I definitely recommend Honest -1 !!!
