Great Customer Service!!

Had to have heater box replaced, part was difficult to find but Mike at Honest1 was able to find it. Once the part arrived I received updates daily as the replacement required the inside dash be disassembled.

Dealing with Mike and the rest of the Honest-1 staff is always a great experience. That said, I would like to say that Mike is very thorough, explains everything and goes above and beyond without even being asked! Keep up the great service!

Great atmosphere. I was made to feel like they cared about me as a customer as much as my car. Met the owner and his father-in-law. Passed time talking with them while my car was serviced. My car was taken car of as expected and even had some discounts and freebies thrown in. Great place!

Excellent Friendly Service - Great value

I knew when I brought my 18 year old car into Honest-1, that there would be a couple major items to be addressed for repair. The explanations were clear, the work done as promised and I felt that the price was fair. While there are still a few issues to be fixed, the technician provided details and ranked them in order of importance for the future.

For once in a very long time, I actually left an auto repair shop without feeling like I got ripped off. I feel they gave me a fair price and did not try to up sell me or do unnecessary work. I would go back again no problem. The shop is comfortable and everyone is very nice.

They are always professional and honest. This shop seems to sincerely want to help the customer. I will continue to take all my vehicles there. I am very satisfied with there pricing as well.
