My water pump on my 14 year old truck finally went, and Butch's shop did an awesome job of replacing it next day. In the south Forsyth area, you can't beat this shop for best customer service and competitive pricing!

I have been a client of Honest-1 since they opened a couple of years ago. Much like the Liberty Mutual commercial you only pay for what you need. Their mechanics are excellent and the managers are certainly customer focused.

From the first phone call, to the moment I picked up my vehicle, this was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with anything relating to my vehicles. It is almost always a hassle or some ropes you have to jump through but this was literally just the perfect experience. Clear cut, to the point, polite, timely, wonderful people. Seriously I have no other way to describe this place besides the fact that business name is just PERFECT. Because it really purely felt like the most HONEST experience ever. Wow BEWARE is all I can say! My wife drove her car here to get a second opinion for her clutch. Worked and was drivable going in, after a $600 more expensive quotation and denying their service, not driveable going out. Nothing more really needs be said said here.
