First time using Honest 1 Auto Care and will definitely use them in the future. To start off they have a clean and inviting waiting room and they are currently going above and beyond to keep their Customers safe. Service was completed ahead of schedule and I felt like Honest 1 truly appreciate their customers and pride themselves on doing a job the correct way the first time. One additional note, I was thoroughly impressed by their customer interface and technology reminded me of my appointment and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Bottom line, great place, Honest people and a place I would highly recommend.

Very pleasant and transparent with diagnosis and cost. They actually took pictures of the part(s) needing repair. My AC compressor went bad and the repair was going to be costly. The dealership agreed to fix it under warranty despite the vehicle being 2k. Miles over the 36k. Limit. Otherwise I certainly would have used Honest-Auto Care. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to this shop specifically for an alignment, but will be taking my cars here for all future services/repair work. Very clean and professional shop and reasonable prices.

Very professional and trustworthy. I scheduled my car for an oil change, and received periodic reminders right up to the day of the appointment. When I arrived, all employees were masked, the service counter was shielded, and the entire transaction was contactless. Most impressive was the way they inspect the brakes, fluid levels, battery, belts, and bulbs, and text a link to a report with all results and recommendations. In this case there were no other issues to address, but it’s really nice to know it’s been looked over. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I was thoroughly impressed with this shop. They did several things that I have never had before from a mechanic. They gave me my car fax report which was really helpful, they printed off my service schedule, and they offered a free coffee/snack bar with good snacks. I’m definitely coming back again. Not to mention, the sitting area was clean, the people were friendly, and the staff explained everything well.
